Meeting Called to Order at 5:06 PM

Discussion of the Revised Cluster Initiative Response Plan:
The purpose of the meeting was to approve the Revised Cluster Initiative Response Plan for the library. This is an expansion of the original plan which will base each phase for reopening during the pandemic on the 14-day rolling average over 10 days. We are currently on the 5th day of having a positivity rate above 5%. If this rate continues for an additional 5 days (10 day total), the library would return to phase 3. The revised plan allows for a 3-day adjustment period between phases to give library staff time to prepare and modify schedules. The library website will communicate which day we are on in which metric and the target date for each 10-day period. The same metric will be used to go forward to reopening when the positivity rate decreases. A motion to adopt the Revised Plan was made by Minita Sanghvi, seconded by Terry Diggory. All in favor. Motion passed.
