PRESENT:
Present: Kathleen Capelli (chair), Heather Crocker, Carol Daggs, Terence Diggory, Jean Fei, Nancy Luther, Issac (Ike) Pulve

ABSENT:
On Zoom (not counted for quorum): Frank Brady

Meeting Called to Order at 5:00 PM

I. CALL TO ORDER: 5:05 PM

II. BOARD ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION to discuss a specific legal matter: 5:07 PM

III. SPECIAL MEETING RESUMED 5:44 PM as Board emerged from Executive Session

IV. MOTION A. To approve 1) amended Agreement and 2) Declaration of Restrictions regarding library parking lot;

B. To authorize Katie Capelli to make minor changes to these documents on the Board’s behalf, if needed.

Heather moved; Jean seconded. All in favor; motion approved.

VI. MEETING ADJOURNED: 5:49 PM
