I. CALL TO ORDER: 5:02 PM

II. MOTION TO ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION to discuss specific legal matters

Katie moved; Heather seconded. All in favor; motion approved

Board entered Executive Session 5:03 PM

III. SPECIAL MEETING RESUMED 5:36 PM as Board emerged from Executive Session

IV. MOTION TO ENGAGE ATTORNEY STEPHANIE FERRADINO in effort to modify parking lot declaration of restriction agreement between the Library and the City of Saratoga Springs

Katie moved; Heather seconded. All in favor; motion approved.

V. MOTION TO ENGAGE ATTORNEY STEPHANIE ADAMS if legal assistance is necessary to clarify ownership of Library building as grounds for submitting building permits directly from the Library to the State Education Department.

Katie moved; Carol seconded. All in favor; motion approved.

VI. MEETING ADJOURNED: 5:40 PM
