PRESENT:

ABSENT:
Janet Lindner, Eric Blackman

Meeting Called to Order at 4:02 PM

I. Target Restart Date for Contactless Pick-Up, June 22, 2020
Frank Brady, moved to approve the Library's target restart date of June 22, 2020 for contactless pick-up of holds; Minita Sanghvi, seconded; all in favor, motion carries.

II. Request to Declare Additional Titles as Essential:
Frank Brady moved to approve the following titles as essential: Cleaner, Library Clerk and Sr. Library Clerk; seconded by Steve Sheinkin; all in favor; motion carries.

III. Draft Re-opening Safety Plan:
There was discussion of the Draft Re-opening Safety Plan. Frank Brady requested that it be looked over by our insurance carrier, as well as by lawyers, prior to approval. An additional special meeting was scheduled for June 4, 2020.
